Late / Cancellation Policy

We place a high importance on each patients’ time, and strive to be efficient and on time for all appointments. In the rare occurrence that we do run behind time, our staff will take the time to inform patients to reduce any inconvenience.

We strive to provide timely service to our patients, because of this we ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment. Arriving late will take away from your treatment time as each session will be finished on time as a courtesy to our next patient’s appointment.

We do understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining.

We require a 48 hour notice for any changes or cancellations of your appointment.

This allows us the time we reserved for you in our schedule to be filled by another patient. We also understand that certain circumstances occur such as illness and emergencies and we accommodate our patients for those rare situations.

We reserve time in our schedule for you in advance in order to accommodate your busy schedule, we ask that you give us the same consideration when needing to change or cancel your appointment.
